I Don't have enough time to go over the finest details...My wife has been dealing with Homecomings since our load was purchased last year. I just happened to be home early from work one day and a gentleman came up to me with some paperwork. It was a notice of foreclosure. The statement claimed I had not made a payment for 9 months. I have records of every payment.

I was late with one payment (approx. 35 days late) and as soon as I made the payment it was sent back along with any subsiquent payments. I had spoken to someone on the load mitigation dept. and they claimed if we made a 4k + payment, they would be courteous enough to tack on the additional payments to the rear of the loan. Keep in mind that we had make every payment up to the point of the letter (1 being late) They claim we owe $11k. My wife agrees to pay he 4k to keep from losing our house. (we do not have the best credit) They (homecomings) say that they received the payment and if we do not hear from them then that is good news.

I just received a letter today claiming no receipt of payment plus $1700 in late fees and now we are again in foreclosure if we do not give them $8k. They will not tell me where the money is going, or how much they have received or why they are claiming I owe anything at all. Just give them money and this will all go away??? Mind you, I was approx. 35 days late with 1 payment, now I owe 8k more plus $1700 in late fees???? i stand to lose my house in February. My family has no where to go.

Nobody will touch us financially due to Homecomings wrecking our credit worse now nore than ever. I used to have 600+ score, not great but enough to refi. Now with all of this....522. Again, nobody will touch us. I would like any info on the class action suit if there is still any time. Thanks..

let me guess, they offer to set up a payment plan, but what they do not tell you or disclose to you is that the money you send in will not go to the past due amounts, it goes in their pockets by the way of past due fees, fees, and interest they compound on top of interest, I have had three of these plans of which 75% of the money sent in went to their "fees and fees". I have gone from being 6k inthe whole to over 25k in six months due to this BS. Then they promise you a "loan modification" where they add more fees and interest on top of your already up-side down home, I told the to got to h and I am hiring a lawyer, this is nothing but criminal and I hope after my complaint to the Federal Trade Commission something will be done, please complain to the FTC

Hello. I would like to help you out, but I'll need more information. I work for GMAC and in order to access your file, I'll need at least your last name. You can either post it here or email it to me at [email protected]. I'd rather not post my personal information, as I would be swamped with calls. My posting on here has nothing to do with the company. I stumbled on this site in my search for some information about another company and decided to check my employer as a curiosity. As I have access to all accounts, I thought I might give helping others out a shot. I am not on here to defend my company, nor am I here to discredit them. Thank you.
