Homecraft Plumbing & Heating Homecraft Plumbing Won't Fix What They BROKE! San Diego, California
I called Homecraft Plumbing in San Diego to come to my apartment and fix 3 things. My sink was leaking, my toilet was running, and my washer / dryer was leaking.
I was charged $500 for all of this mind you.
They fixed the sink...good, great. Nice job.
However, after the individual from Homecraft Plumbing left for the day my roommate and I realized that the toiled was still running and now the handle didn't work. We also noticed that the washer / dryer had stopped leaking, but now it didn't drain - both items were rendered useless.
That Monday (since he came out on a Saturday) I called Homecraft Plubming again to have them finish the job. They told me they would call me back. THEY NEVER DID. I called them again two days later. Got the same story how they will call me back. THEY NEVER DID. I called them a few days later and they once again told me they would call me back, but never did.
Also, on the 3rd call they told me they don't fix appliances. Funny, why wouldn't they tell me they don't fix appliances the first time around? I ended up fixing the toilet by myself...and our washer / dryer is still broken...Im out $500 bucks to these crooks!
Never use these guys unless you want your stuff half fixed, half broken, and all your money gone!
