This company has made our life miserable. We are forever disputing and trying to figure out what charges or for and what has happend to our money. It started when we sent in a payment that was short 79.00. We sent the following month payment out and it was sent back to us stating they could not except our payment! We then received certified papers that our home was in the forclosure process. I called and after several hours on the phone, I finally was told the short payment was sent into something called suspense? I question what that was and where the money was, after several more hours on the phone, was told it was used to cover fees and corporate advance! I ask for copies of our past invoice and was told they can only go back 6 months.

After more hassles we finally agreed to be put on a forberance agreement for 18 months. This agreement included attorney and other fees plus our normal monthly payment. We recieved no invoices and for the past year have been sending western union. We then all of the sudden start receiving invoices again! I called and was told I was removed from the agreement because we didn't owe anymore money. Two days later we get the certified papers again stating we are in forclosure again! I have nearly had a nervous breakdown over all this. I want so badly to get a class action suite going. I don't want anyone else to go through what we have. I haven't even touched the whole mess in this letter. But I am not able to write a book now. If anyone can help, please call or email me.

forgot to say that our credit reports shows that we have not made any payments for the last 13 months. We have all of our Western Union receipts to prove it. I was able to get an internal email address that someone gave me be accident. It is for the public relations dept. I also have a phone number that showed up on my caller id. I will post that later, as I am not home at this time. I didn't get any results, but maybe if they get bombarded with complaints it might help. As I said, I was told this was an internal dept. and I was given the info by mistake.
