I am writing this report for my boyfriend.His mobile home burned to the ground approximately four months ago.

After numerous attempts to obtain a copy of the title, and a seven dollar title fee,as you would guess, no title.

The reps assured him that the copies had been sent and could not fatham the fact that he had not received the copies.

Finally, he called HOMEQ to notify them he had never recieved a copy of the title and informed them the insurance company was waiting on this document to settle.

The rep told him that his title had never been sent.

In fact, they did not even have a copy of the title.

Who was getting his monthly payment? And what for? Where was the title?

The rep that was asigned to his case (Rebecca Biancia) was rude and not helpful to him. It was a hassle for her to even talk to him and inform him of any updates, that is when he could even contact her because she would not return his calls.

Finally, she was taken off the case and it was turned over to First Union. The title is lost!! How do you just lose the main document to any loan paperwork? A lost title search is being conducted to this date. The title has still not been located.

HE HAS NO HOME!!
