Homes.com Dominion Enterprises, Homes.com, Inc., a subsidiary of Dominion Enterprises, is the fifth-largest real estate portal by traffic market share. Headquartered at 150 Granby Street, Norfolk, Virginia, United States, Homes.com maintains additional offices in Boca Raton, Florida; Tallahassee, Florida and San Diego, California. They are supposed to be capturing internet leads. It's a 6 mos. commitment. I have paid a heavy price & received no valid leads Tallahassee Florida
I am discussed with Homes.com. I signed up to receive internet leads from two very populated zip codes in April 2018. I have tried to cancel because of lack of leads. I have received 5 total leads in five months. All the leads had bogus contact information. I committed to 6 months subscription. Today, I learned that unless I notify them before the 6 months is up that the subscription automatically renews. I am paying $236.00 per month for this worthless service.
Homes.com is losing internet rank because other more popular sites are getting the leads. Homes.com has decided to try to survive by ripping off real estate agents.
I would like to warn other agents to hang up if they call you to offer you leads. They will bind you up and hold you until the term is up even they produce nothing. Let my mistake help you by remembering the name. Homes.com.--A rip-off company.
