I finally received my cushions and covers last week (mid-May). They were ordered in January. They are satisfactory. Several delayed shipment form letters were sent to me over the past few months, each of which I returned with BIG letters stating CANCEL and to refund my money. Did they do that?! No. Did they bother to respond? No! Not so much as a phone call was received by me. No apology. No explanation. Obviously, these folks care nothing about their customers or customer service. I cannot think of one single reason not to answer the phone or return calls or communicate with your customers, when you're running a business. I would never, ever do business with these people again!

We have been providing quality service for over 25 years, the largest fabric mill in the USA shut its doors leaving us to deal with a number of customers that could not get their products. All related customers will or have received product or been refunded depending on their particular situation. This customer received their purchased product.
