Complaint Review: Hometown BuffetCorporate Office Headquarters 1020Discovery RdSte.100 EaganMN.55121 USA - Garden Grove California

Today went to ; Hometown Buffet in the city of ;Garden Grove.Store# 0704. I went in the serving line to obtain a well done steak. I waited and waited.Even went back to my table and came back.Then the line server stated he had some.What does appear to be very unorganized is the food server has the well done steaks mixed with the medium rare.I do not like medium rare.This is under cooked.The meat is pink and has blood.To some its a religious issue.For others its a health issue.Blood exposed carries bacteria.One such as: E-Coli. From under cooked meat.I asked floor sup: Josh ,he indicated he would look into it. When I finaly was able to obtain a steak the line food server claimed was :Well done,he cut it open ,the inside meat was cooked,yet the out side of the steak was charcoaled burned. It tasted good inside ,but the charcoaled out side burned part of the steak gave the steak a very disgusting flavor.The other sup: Is: Noel Santos,he is in charge of the entire opperation: I came here another time it was the same issue.No well done steaks.Angel the employee ,laughed and joked," You want it burned". He insisted and argued that the medium rare with pink meat and blood was well done.Then the unjustfied brow beating and badgering appeared to happen.From: Sup: Noel Santos.He went to the table where I was sitting stood there and demanded I get up and go get a steak .He consitently kept saying:"I want to make you happy". I replied ;"When I am ready to get up and get a steak ,I will get up and get one for the third time".Then the responce from: Noel Santos sounded as though he was chellenging and dueling,Calif Penal Code:415.1.2.and 3. Continuing: "He stated as follows:"For the third time ,lets go and get you you're steak,I want to make you happy". He finally left. He also;Resembles the individal that was observed standing directly behind me in the meat serving line.Speaking about ,Hometown Buffet coupons.What was strange is he never introduced his self as a employee. Yet his physical actions appeared to be hazing.Example: If I moved to the left he stood directly behind me and also moved to the left.It appeared as though he was striving to instigate provocation? This is very bad customer service.This incident was a prior incident.With the same issue,no well done steaks. I noticed online: Steak or meat must be cooked at: 160"F .The other issue with ;Sup :Noel Santos as I came a few times after in hopes issues with steak was resolved,it was not.He has the very unprofessional behavior of waiting for certain customers to walk past him ,then touch or pat the back.This is assualt.Calif Penal Code:240.On ,Feb 22,2014 ,Sup:Josh walked up to my table and touched my left shoulder and tapped slightly my shoulder.He could be establishing bad behavior from: Sup:Noel Santos. This unjustfied touching should be resolved.Plus:They both should be corrected for serving a charcoal burned out of steak to a customer.Plus:Should have two serving pans on the serving line>One with well done not burned steaks and another pan with medium rare ,for those that enjoy eating bacteria. The other very bad consistent issue is ( over cooked brocoli on the serving line). Today it was'nt until I informed :Sup: Josh that the brocoli on the serving line was over cooked and looked bad ,that he did replace it.This is their job.Not the customers. The other issue of bad none quality customer service is : Hometown Buffet employee referring to a customer as: ( buddy ).This very unprofessional bad work ethics ,could stem from having two bad managers. Yet this is bad work ethics. His name tag states his name is : (Angel ).The phone number to this Hometown Buffet is:( 714)636-7550.
