You can contact all of your Local TV News Stations in your town and send them copies of the contracts and any other information regarding the transaction. Put it to the attention of 'Investigative Reporter'. Let them know that you are Korean and that you believe that you were taken advantage of due to your race.
There is a good chance that someone will contact you and do a story on TV in order to let other potential customers know how this Honda dealership operates when dealing with minorities.
Exposing the dealership on TV could cost the Honda dealership hundreds of thousands of dollars, and possibly millions, in lost sales in the months ahead. This might be enough for the dealership to let you out of the contract and give you all of your money back, in my opinion. You have nothing to lose, and perhaps everything to gain, by contacting all of your Local TV News Stations, correct?
Good luck to you.

I am willing to listen to both sides of the story and see if there's anything we can do to resolve this issue.I have talked to the owner of the dealership and I have also talked to the customer from the dealership. Once I get the needed documentation I will do that I can to make this issue thats fair for both the customer and the dealership.

If you can find a way to get a car dealer to let you out of a signed contract, please let us know how you did it. People post here almost every day with the same problem.
Good luck.

Car dealers routinely benefit from customers who do not bother to read contracts. They feel safe in doing this because the contract is the final authority as far as the deal goes. The purpose of the written contract is bypass all of the "He said..." and "I was told...". It lays the deal out on paper and it doesn't matter who said what. At least that's how judges see it.
" They did not give me a time to review and no one explained the contract to me at all. "
Two things. First, it is not anyone's job but your lawyer's to explain a contract to you. If you do not understand the contract, then you should pay someone to explain it to you. The other party in the contract has no obligation to explain anything to you. They are not your counsel. Second, how did they not give you enough time to review? You are in control of that. You just don't sign until you've had adequate time to review.
" So I went there and resigned it. Also no explanation and review were given at that time. "
So, now you've signed two contracts without reading them. This isn't getting any better for you.
" They made me like I bought the 2years maintenance service. It is supposed to be given to me for free. "
I'll bite. What does the contract say about the maintenance agreement.
" I used Korean during the deal with the sales person Jae Sung, so they must to provide Korean contract by the law. "
What law is that? If you speak Klingon with the salesperson, does the contract have to be written in Klingon?
" I went to other Honda dealer in Glendale and I met Helen Park "
She is this dealer's competition. What did you expect her to say about them? She was blowing smoke, hoping that you'd buy your next car from her. What she told you to do is ridiculous (as you found out the hard way).
" I went to other dealer and I could get $205 monthly payment which Downtown GM said its not possible. "
Haven't you learned that this is what car dealers tell you, right before they hand you a contract with a higher amount. Come on! How many times are you going to take some car salesman's word for something! The only thing that matters is what is printed on a contract.
" I would like to return the car and the contract without penalty. "
Don't hold your breath. They have a contract, signed by you, that says you agreed to pay the $279. You have nothing but "They said..." and "I was told...". A written contract binds you to whatever it says on that contract. Your claims of what was negotiated do not bind anyone to anything. The bottom line here is that you agreed (by signing) to a deal that you don't like. There is not much you can do about that. Most car dealers, in my experience, will try to take advantage of people who do not read contracts. Actually, I have never bought a car where the dealer did not try to hide something in the contract. It is standard practice in the industry.

You will likely need to hire an attorney to help you with this. Unfortunately, they have a signed contract with you. It doesn't matter what they said, you should have read the contract and refused to sign unless the terms were what was verbally stated. Lesson to be learned: Never sign a contract without reading it and understanding it.
Also, why must the contract be in korean?
