Horangel Suarez aka Santos Suarez Major Scammer, fraud and thief Miami Florida
Be very careful with this individual. He will steal you money. He claims to provide Venezuelan bonds for a price of $300,000 to $500,000 and promises to deliver bonds from $500 million to $2 billion. He has also defrauded several people of money and will not pay you back. Warning, if you come across this individual, do not give him any money or do business with him. He has been reported to the federal authorities and is being legal sued for financial theft. His car license plate for his Mercedez Benz is ADY L50.

His wife, Katherine Suarez and Mr. Michael Gibson his attorney in Orlando, FL are Directors of Professional Legal Consultants.
There are 13 other victims in Venezuela that are persuing legal actions agaisnts this thief and those also are being brought to the US as well.
