This used to be a good company, but they have let their service fall through the floor. Beware if you have your business here, it is at jeopardy every minute.

They advertise 24/7/365 service, but what that means is you can submit a ticket for support at any time, not that you can actually talk to support personnel or get support.

If your site goes down, days can go by without resolution, and they make it difficult to cancel your account if you are dissatisfied. I had to just cancel the credit card to stop them from billing.

They have a support forum, but any negative publicity or complaints they regularly delete rather then address. My companies website, that we use to make money from, was down for 3 days straight, and no support to speak of. Phones go to voicemail or a message saying they are closed.
