1/27/15 booked room, Days Inn, Woodbury. Blizaard conditions. Room given to me about 50 yard from Lobby. No indoor

traverse. Observed my severe arthritus and having to walk outside to get anywhere at hotel.  Days Inn agreed. Called

Experia (sister co.) as directed. Got Cancel Confirmation #DP1039704. Charge appeared on Card statement. Called Hotels.

com (as Experia already approced cancel). Hotels.com refused to acknoledge Experia Confirm Cancel #; refused to ack-

knowledge their statement, in writing, that extreme weather is an accepable reason for canellation. However, Health reason 

was the primary concern.
