HOTTEENPINK.COM (COMPANY) [email protected] (USER THIEF) AND ADMINISTRATIVE CONTACT [email protected] ripoff IMPASTING MY FINDINGS AND SITUATION ... (mzakid - aol profile, hit "ctrl" + "g" then type in "mzakid" name is Kezzy Fo Shezzy)
mzakid - they have an aol profile, hit "ctrl" + "g" then type in "mzakid" name is Kezzy Fo Shezzy) came in contact with you and some how was able to get your aol login information. Clicking on the link that was in the violation (http://192.160.34.33/?ref=mzakid), takes you to hotteenpink.com.
Ok, so now we know this person works for an internet porn company called www.hotteenpink.com as a solicitor. There job is to solicit/intice people into to going to the web site and ultimateley pay for viewing. The email that TOS sent you included the violation. This violation opened everything up, because it contains all the info.
In the URL below it contains a reference id - mzakid, this is an actual aol screenname. having the /?ref=mzakid inside the url, is how the company www.hotteenpink.com tracks there employees or sub contractors working (aol chat room marketing), this is done for commissions, this is how they get paid. They might get a nickel each time some one clicks on that link or something like that.
I also included below the who is information for the company hotteenpink, they are located in Chandler, Az, only a po box is listed, but there is also a phone number and email address for owner. Any other contact information could probably be found at there web site, have not looked yet, but that contact info probably will not get you very far. Best thing to do here is inform AOL TOS, they should be able to put 2 and 2 together just like I did, it is obvious that the screen name mzakid is responsible, they accessed your aol account with out your permission, that is illegal, the company (hotteenpink) allows this, which is illegal also.
AOL should be able to determine that you were not signed in from your ISP mirror site, that is where you connect to the internet at the time of this voilation. When you dial up to the internet your computer dials a local number, aol tracks this. Who ever used your aol screen name swtcountry30 had to connect to aol from somwhere also, most likely a mirror site that is not yours that is set up on your aol prefferences. You can takes steps with the phone co, for local dialing reports, at time of violation your phone probably was not connected, then you can go to BBB, PUC, etc. Any ways hope this helps, if you need any more help with this just let me know. I KNEW IT WASNT RIGHT BECAUSE I WASNT AT HOME AT THE TIME I WAS ABLE TO GET HELP FROM A FAMILY MEMBER IN RESEARCHING TO FIND OUT WHO STOLE MY SCREENNAME AND PASSWORD AND INFACT AS SEEN ABOVE HE SUCCEEDED .. I GATHER MY INFORMATION AND CALLED AOL TO HAVE THIS TAKEN CARE OF I RECVD VERY RUDE SERVICE AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY AS TO WHO IS USING THIS ACCOUNT WELL .. THIS IS A SITUATION BEYOND MY CONTROL BECAUSE SOMEONE STOLE MY INFORMATION ..
I ADVSD REP THAT HE WAS VERY RUDE AND SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR (REP STATED THAT THE SUPERVISOR WAS GOING TO TELL ME THE SAME THING) SUP ADVSD ME THAT THERE WAS NOT A DEPT OR ANYONE I CAN TALK TO IN REGARDS TO REPORTING THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY .. SHE DID FINALLLY TELL ME THAT I COULD SEND IN MY PERSONAL ACCT INFO WITH WRITTEN PERMISSION FOR THEM TO LOOK AT MY ACCT .. SO I GOT THE ADDRESS WITH VERY LITTLE HOPE OF GETTING THIS RESOLVED .. AND THEN THE SUPERVISOR PROCEEDED TO SELL ME FREE DVDS FOR COLUMBIA HOUSE RECORDS .. I AM VERY UPSET ..
I FEEL THAT AOL IS ALLOWING THIS TO TAKE PLACE .. THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER IN MY EYES . I AM SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT AOL BLEW IT OFF AND PUT IN MY HANDS ..I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH IFCC AND I ALSO CALLED MY LOCAL SHERRIFS DEPT AND HAVE A REPORT THERE .. HOW CAN I KNOW THAT MY ACCT IS GOING TO BE SAFE ..ACCORDING TO AOL THEY CANT HELP.. PLEASE ANY ADVICE OR INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED...
