HOUSEHOLD AUTO FINANCE COMPANY ripoff failure to credit account San Diego California
Household Auto Finance Company has succeeded in making me an extremely unsatisfied customer. I have made several payments to my account within the last couple months and they have as of yet properly credit my account. I have contacted several people on many different occasions and dates and still no one seems to know how to refer me to the accounting department.
The accounting department is where I sent proof of the last payments, which were by bank share checks. I sent the proof priority mail which required a signature. I did this assuming now that they have proof, I could finallly receive results and have my account properly accredited.
I have made so many calls, still no success. They call my job, my home and continuously "remind" me my account is "delinquent". I have email , faxed, information pertaining to my account,and still yet no resolution.
HAFC, evidently has persons or person deliberately pocketing my hard earned monies. I will not rest until the matter is resolved. Our finances does not warrant frivolous spending or as in this case theft.
When will they be held accountable for destroying credit. We went with HAFC because they were suppose to be "CREDIT ESTABLISHERS", but the are "CREDIT DESTROYERS".
