I am very sorry to hear that this company is not trying to help you more. What I would suggest is to request a payment history from the company. MAYBE (I don't know) it's not THIS payment that is missing... Compare the payment history to your records, if there is a payment missing, then submit your proof with a letter explaining the situation. Good luck
