Jason, you may possibly contact the litigators involved to get your information added to the settlement. It does not sound as if the people that truly suffered at the hands of Household/Beneficial will be totally reimbursed for their losses, but it is a start. I personally feel Household/Beneficial did not agree to settle as quickly as they did without the terms being extremely favorable to them. It appears that Household is now involved in several class actions brought by shareholders for restating earnings. It now appears they are attempting amortize this agreement (484 MILLION) by restating earnings of the previous 3 to 5 years. I spent a lot of time looking for the original case and the date filed. While many see it as a major victory, I see only the tip of the iceberg. The following link is for the original case filed in the state of California: http://www.corp.ca.gov/pdf/hfcbcomp.pdf
