If you want a HORRIBLE lead as a real estate agent, you can call housevalues, inc. or housevalues.com

I suppose to get sellers, instead I was getting buyers, I suppose to get name, tel. #, e-mail address, as was originally promised and instead I was getting the wrong name, wrong tel. and e-mail, and other time wasn't getting any result either, because the contacts were of a person, who does not have any intention to sell or even buy (remember, I suppose to get sellers contact info.)

When I asked the representative and supervisor, about the quality of the leads and how accurate the tel. numbers, names and e-mail addresses are, they said that the search engine they are using is unique and the people can not go through the house search if they don't answer correctly.

I think, the search engine they are using is not unique, there misleading techniques are unique.

Summery misleading advertising, improper selling practices, non-delivery of goods promised, unsatisfactory service after the purchase and company's failure to perform as it agreed to, orally and in writing.

When it comes to collections, this company is a lot of bark...very little bite. They got in big big trouble with their attorney general a couple of years ago. One of their managers told me that they have instructed their collection agency not to put any of their collection accounts on the credit reports. All the collection agency does is try to collect the money owed. THEY DO NOT REPORT ON THE CREDIT REPORT. So, if you want to stop paying your monthly membership fee, they will hound you, but realistically they won't ding your credit. As for their early cancellation fee - DON'T PAY IT. IT IS A SCAM. If they hound you for their early cancellation fee, just file a complaint with the washington attorney general's office. After all, they got in big trouble back in 2007 with their cancellation fee's and chances are, if you file a complaint they will drop their cancellation fee.
