Don't listen to the person that said to cancel your credit card. They will send you to collections in a heartbeat. If that happens you will end up paying the money anyways plus your credit will take a hit. I used to work there and I finally couldn't take working there anymore because I had so many agents complaining about how horrible the leads were. I even talked to many agents how had a lot of success in past years and were no longer having success. I believe that when Housevalues first started, they went for quality and after they got a taste of success they started going for quantity rather than quality. That was their downfall. They got greedy and they're paying for it now. I finally started looking for another job because I felt that the company was a ripoff. If you asked me, I would tell you to never subscribe with this company if you're an agent. Good luck!

hi susan, just cancel your credit card. i don't think they will take you to collections. they just use the threat to extort money out of you. these people are scum of the earth. anyone who has dealt with them is aware of thier business practices. the consumer looking for thier home value is upset. the agent looking to invest in thier real estate business did not get what they purchased. when you try to cancel your contact they treat you like dirt. i'm not just saying this from personal experience, i've talked with many agents, and read many posts on the internet that pretty much say the same thing. all i can say is complain everywhere, and complain often.
