There are enough reports here so I will summarize. If you are a realtor who has been victimized by this company you are already well aware.

I was surprised however that my credit card company couldn't kick back the charges after all of the documentation. They kept telling me that fresh leads, meant that it's a lead that's only fresh to me. The fact that it's been recycled through the system, not legitimate, or paid for and then taken back still stays true to the definition fresh? So since I had been given "fresh leads" it was okay for the company to still charge me $400/m.

And now I get at least 3 phone calls a day, everyday from receivables pe, trying to collect my agreement break.

It took me several months to find this website. Other Realtors who have been ripped off need to become aware of it so appropriate action can be taken.

I'm shocked that class action hasn't been started yet. Realtors are the easiest to organize because most agents have e-mail lists of all the other licencees to forward their advertising.

I haven't gone into that much detail about my dealings with housevalues.com because I'm sure it's already on this website, what I do hope happens is that they are shut down for fraud, that the Realtors are reimbursed and compensated, the credit card companies will notice this company's fraudulent activities and reimburse accounts.

hi jen, I'm sorry your were taken advantage of by housevalues. I know your story as I've been taken by them and I've heard or read the stories of at least 100 others that have been taken by them, and the stories are very similar. Report them everywhere you can think of and not just the bbb. The attorney general in washington state as well as your state. Your local board as well as national and state association.
