I too have been a victim of this scam! I am interested in a class action suit. There must be thousands of real estate agents involved in this. I can't believe the NAR or any other organization has become involved. This is a publicly traded company. It's stockholders should be made aware of this scam. I didn't even sign a contract. The rep told me I could cancel at any time. He never mentioned a long term contract let alone a cancellation clause. I was guaranteed a number of leads from both housevalues.com and justlisted.com.

I never received one single legit lead. Most were bogus email address's, fake physical address, no phone number etc etc. Total ripoffs! The first time I was made aware that I supposedly had a contract was when I made several attempts to cancel. They stalled me for a few months hitting my credit card in the mean time. I evetually had to cancel the card to get it stopped. These guys are CROOKS with a capital C. I'm going to report them to NAR National Assoc. Realtors, Indiana Assoc Realtors, BBB, Indiana Attorney Generals Office. I would been more than happy to continues the monthly service if even one lead a month would have been produced. This house of cards will collapse.

Rick, read that contract and then dispute anything that isn't in there as you were told for the sale. You must be sold exactly as advertised or you are entitled to a full refund. No exeptions. This is the consumer protection laws. If you were sold by a telemarketer you must get exactly what he/she said. No convenient substitute by a play on words. The law is plainly written for consumers and doesn't need an attorney to interpret them. I got a full refund. I caught their lies and tricks and documented everything. I replied to several areas here in detail. Demand a full refund or the exact guaranteed service. Threaten to take action against them and back it up with action. You are entitled to a full refund. Getting them investigated and shut down is probably not going to happen.
