Rick, read that contract and then dispute anything that isn't in there as you were told for the sale. You must be sold exactly as advertised or you are entitled to a full refund. No exeptions. This is the consumer protection laws. If you were sold by a telemarketer you must get exactly what he/she said. No convenient substitute by a play on words. The law is plainly written for consumers and doesn't need an attorney to interpret them. I got a full refund. I caught their lies and tricks and documented everything. I replied to several areas here in detail. Demand a full refund or the exact guaranteed service. Threaten to take action against them and back it up with action. You are entitled to a full refund. Getting them investigated and shut down is probably not going to happen.
