An upper management individual with House Values was able to research my account history and was able to find that I had tried to cancel. I am happy with the resolution to this issue.

This complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction. House Values was able to verify that I had attempted to cancel. I was pleasantly surprised, and I am grateful to the person at House Values who took the time to research the situation.
