Just when you didn't think guard captain Scott "The Pink Panther" Butler couldn't sink any lower, he had one of the contract security guards FIRED just because he could. This poor hard working African-American woman trying to feed her family was FIRED because Scott decided he wanted to ruin someone's life. Of course that big p***y Butler wouldn't do it to her face, that would be the manly thing to do. He called the guard company she works for and had THEM do it. She was in tears when the guard company came and told her HACLA didn't want her there anymore. She didn't do anything wrong other than to be in Butler's line of sight when he decided to prove he was a man, which he isn't.
How did Rudy and Kinky Ken Smmons handle it? They gave him that f*king new $50,000 police car he has been drooling for.
What kind of dirt does Scott have on them? If given the chance, 2/3 of the employees would depants Scotty and toss him out onto the sidewalk next to Wilshire Blvd. during rush hour.
Why do they keep him? Why did Rudy give him a $50,000 government car? Why does he have a loaded gun? Why won't Simmons can his a$s?

Please take notice that the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) has
initiated an action in the Superior Court of the State of California County
of Los Angeles, Central District, Case No. 454470 due to allegedly false
statements made by you (the Action). In conjunction with the Action,
HACLA seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact
information to the Irvine California office of Fisher & Phillips, LLP at 444
South Flower Street, Suite 1590, Los Angeles, California 90071 in compliance
with Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 45.
If you do not respond within 7 business

I must respond to this complaint against my fine guard captain. First of all the police car I spent scarce HUD funding for Scott didn't cost anywhere NEAR $50,000. It was $49,999.99 - well below the $50,000 this phantom guy claimed we paid for it.
The security lady in question was sent away because this is what we pay Scott $90,000 a year to do. Someone has to keep those lazy people in line and I chose Mr. Butler to do it.
Scott Butler is a highly trained security guard and we at HACLA are very lucky to have him on our staff. I only wish ALL of our employees were as hard working, honest, sane, humble and competant as Scott Butler.
