I live next door to Scott Butler, who tells everyone he is a Sheriff Captain at the LASD. Well we found out that he is in reality a security guard at the local Housing Authority building downtown. He also claims to have a girlfriend but the only "dates" he brings home at night are drunk Asian men and Mexican day laborers but that is another posting for another day. Anyway, Mr. Butler has this wondeful German Shephard named Orat (supposedly named after an Iranian man he once had sex with in an alley on Skid Row). The problem with Orat started about 6 months ago. I was making a peanut butter sandwhich in my kitchen and Orat got in through my open patio door, sniffed the peanut butter and started humping my leg. This dog was in a full force sexual FRENZY over my poor peanut butter sandwhich. This dog had never acted this way before in my home. I was afraid to pull away and chose to stand there for 2 minutes until Orat finally shot his load all over my leg and left. It was a shame my elderly aunt visiting from Minnesota had to witness this strange happening right there in my kitchen. My aunt Marge Gunderson said, "that colored boy next door sure has a strange mutt". I had to correct her and remind her that Orat was not a mutt, but a full grown German Shephard and that we don't use the term "colored" in Pasadena- we call them "darkies". Flash forward to yesterday. I was in my back yard around noontime minding my own business when I hear Orat yelping and panting, thinking he either had a burglar cornered, or was in some sort of distress, I looked over the fence and was SHOCKED to see Scott Butler laying on his patio chair with his pants down spreading Skippy peanut butter all over his erect member while Orat wagged his tail and Scott licked his lips in anticipation. He then laid back in his chair while poor innocent Orat licked off the peaunt butter. It seemed to me they both ejaculated at the same time, although I can't be 100% sure. Scott then pulled up his uniform pants, put his gun back on and left the house, supposedly to go back to work guarding his office building. I was sickened at the sight. Now thanks to Scott Butler, I can't even go near the peanut butter section at Albertson's without thinking of Scott Butler and his poor dog Orat.

I work for HACLA and I am a captian in the North American n**i Party. Scott Butler should not be wearing our uniform. In fact, he shouldnt even be wearing the Guard uniform of HACLA! I wear my n**i uniform proudly and I am not ashamed. Scott should be ashamed. First he tries to order a Dodge Charger Police car, then he tries to get HACLA to pay for his sex change operation and now this. Even his dog orat is appearantly sexually confused. Scott has already been caught down at the County Jail trying to pick up on recently released inmates. Sometimes we cant locate him for hours.

Is it animal abuse if the dog is happy doing what he is doing? and Mr. Gunderson, if you are so apalled, how could you stand there for 2 minutes as you said you did and let the dog continue to hump your leg until completion of ejaculation. Are you serious about these allegations?

A am a neighbor of both Scott Butler and the Gundersons. Scott Butler works for the HACLA security department. I have seen his shoulder patches on his uniforms. I KNOW he isnt a policeman because they arrested some guys pretending to be Housing Policemen a year or so ago and the news reported that there was NO Houising Authority Policemen anymore. So if Butler says he is a policeman - he is LYING - The Los Angeles Times PROVED IT.
Now for the Gunderson family, I really think the racial slur was TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. If your mother from Minnesota says things like that is no reason to repeat them in this forum. If you don't like what Scott did with his dog, I would report it too, but leave his skin color OUT OF IT! Perverts come in all shapes and sizes.
I am very upset about that poor dog. He seems so nice when I see Scott walking him.
Scott is a horrible neighbor, the dog is great.
