Complaint Review: Howard Kim & Associates - Nationwide

Howard Kim & Associates in Las Vegas Have been responsible for bringing down the real estate prices. These corrupt ones have been buying at these corrupt HOA auctions for years. They know what they are doing is illegal. They know the laws very well because they all are licensed attorneys. The laws under NRS116 are limited to 9 months of assessments so when they are buying these homes for 15,000, 35,000 ect they know that far exceeds what Is allowed making the sale void. They know that the banks on these properties have not been notified or the notifications where sent to false addresses what bank wants to loose their security over a few hundred dollars. Second NRS 116 says you have to be a bona fide purchaser how can you be innocent when you are renting out thousands of these properties ... Third most of these loans are Fannie Mae, HUD, VA these are all protected. This is so un American these idiot jerks are leaving people with the mortgage payment while they kick them out or worst rent it back to them, while the loan is still in their names. 

They take ale advantage of uneducated people that don't know the law the elderly and especially target the minority. They research every property on the corrupt ones auction list before they pick their victim. Trust me they have a few employees or private investors doing the dirty deeds. 

If you are a victim find out what type of loan you have you can get your home back you are entitled to modification just get the title back in your name it's still your home. Get help Nevada has free legal aid get there. Call the FBI and the Nevada Bar don't be intimidated. They are not smarter than you just because they went to law school they are criminals. It is not legal what they are doing and should be put in prison for doing what they are doing. 

Renting out all these homes using their corrupt one Chris Hardin buying these at auctions with cashiers checks totaling over 450,000 in one day  contributing money under SFR to judges senators lobbyist it's all bull s***

dont nut allow these pieces of crap bring down our City  call the consumer protection  call the federal trade commission and the IRS they are not paying taxes on none of the 2 million dollars in rents they are collecting every month  these attorneys should be ashamed of themselves  they spend all day in court defending the NRS 116 as a way to justify the theft of stealing properties secured by deeds of trust still under someone else's social security number  leaving the victims with the loan while they keep the property .... Call the Nevada Bar have these people licensed taken, they are corrupt  this is a massive scam. It is scum like this that associates with more scum like David Alessi and Robert Koenig lazy pieces of crap that kick back auction homes without notifying the Hoa board members they do what they want thieves  should all disbarred why go to school to be lawyer to cheaters? All of you should be ashamed  I have no doubt the FBI are watching everything you are doing and hope they give all these properties back from the victims
