I am taking part in a HP ink usage survey and I am suppose to get reinbursed for the ink I buy for a certain length of time.  
I submitted by sales slip and other information on 12-17-2-11. It was for two ink cartridges for a total of $63.98.
 I received a letter today saying:

"We appreciate your purchase, but your submission for the offer was declined for the following reasons:
The purchase price entered falls outside of HP's MSRP pricing.
To ensure accuracy, pease make a copy of your receipt and circle the valid products then mail them to the address below." 

Then it said allow another 4 weeks for final processing.

I sent everything they asked for. What a RIP OFF.
