Regardless of whether or not you weren't told something over the phone, they make you use an online signature after reading (not just scrolling through) the terms of agreement. They don't even charge you until you sign this form - (I know because it took me one week to get activated when I hadn't done the online signature). A word to the wise - don't sign up for anything without reading the terms of agreement first. It's actually a great investment service if you utilize it correctly. Also, in this day in age, any "free trial" always means you have to cancel before the trial is up to not be billed... If you don't know this already I feel very sorry for you. 90% of companies out there these days use that business model. We as consumers are offered deals like this on a daily basis.
