HR National Incorrect Info Scam Las Vegas Nevada
I ran into the same thing on Craig's List. I found a very nice house close to the area I wanted to move to and the information was inaccurate. The home is listed as being in pre-foreclosure status, 60 days past due on mortgage, and the payments could be taken over for $695.00 a month. It also stated there were 28 other pre-foreclosure homes within a 10 mile radius.
I wanted to do little research on the property before I called, but could not find the street on ANY maps. I tried looking it up on Mapquest, Yahoo Maps, and Google. No Luck. So I called and the representative I spoke with tried to get me to get a membership for $149.
After I explained to her that I was just calling to see if the address was correct, she told me I could join now for $1.95 and that would be a one week trial. Why would I join and get a list of pre-foreclosures and this company is not even sure if the information they're reporting is accurate? And since you (HR National) never have any examples to go by, I'll leave you with this one. Research this:
$695 / 2br - Dream Richmond 2 bedroom 2 bath house, a great area (76 Montana Dr, Richmond,VA)
There is no street address in the Richmond area for this listing!
