Your credit score has seriously been damaged. You can check on your rights in your state by contacting the Federal Trade Commission. Their website is http://www.ftc.gov Information is available regarding Fair Credit Reporting Act and how to file a report/complaint within your state. Whatever excuse HRS uses, there is a time limit on how long it should take for a payment post to your account. The date the check cleared is your evidence, and as soon as the check clears your bank, HRS has your money. Your bank can provide copies of the check or transaction history, with the date/time of when the check was deposited. That information will be needed for HRS to research where or if the funds were actually applied, and make necessary corrections. Believe it or not, if there are fees imposed by your bank for the copies, you can invoice HRS for the cost of copies, postage, proof of delivery, your research time, etc.

Despite Bank of America sending repeat letters to HRS USA indicating that I paid electronically my HRS USA account on the 8th of January and on the 7th of February, HRS USA is reporting my payment which was paid early as having been late. The HRS payment is due the 15th of each month. Through a banking glitch, the payment was returned to Bank of America with the notation invalid account number. The number happens to be the same number that I have paid my payment with electronically for the past three years. This adverse action has temporarily stopped the lender from financing my new home 48 hours before closing. The Levitz derogatory entry caused my credit score to drop more than 100 points. Levitz hrs usa refused to talk with either Bank of America or myself.
