Yesterday, when I read your latest rip off reports, I called HRS USA to make sure that the payments I sent them 10 days ago had been received and properly credited. The customer "no service" person on the phone was VERY rude, especially when I told her that I had heard online that they were "taking their time crediting valid payments". She insisted that my payment would be credited TEN FULL BUSINESS DAYS from when it was mailed. Last time I checked, it took about TWO days for a letter to go from Oregon to California. Why in the world they need TEN full days is beyond me. I will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again, or any retailer that uses their services. I should not have done so in the first place because I've never had good luck working with them.

I'll check again today and tomorrow to see if they actually credit the payments I sent... or if they continue to try and steal penalty money and interest charges in this way.

Even though I worried about HRS USA because of what I read on your web site... in the end they credited my payments one day before they were actually due. I still thought 10 business days was a long time for the payment to be credited... but now that I know how they do business, I'll always pay these kind of things at least a month in advance. I have NO COMPLAINTS about HRS USA at this point.
