HRS USA are only intrested in how to "game" The system
This company in my opion is the most unprofessional, deceptive and uncaring organization I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The person to whom I spoke (Mrs. McCormick) was without a doubt the most unpleasant, uninformed, and deceptive professional woman that I have ever encountered.
Apparently I am a few days late on my payment and I did not think to send my mail certified so I have no way of knowing when it was received. They calmed to have a five-day grace period on late payments of course my payment was received after this time period had expired.
A few facts about HRS USA
1)PAYMENTS ARE TO BE RECEIVED ON SATURDAYS (with the 5 day grace period this gives a 2 day head start on the deadline)
2) WHEN ASKED FOR AN ADDRESS IN WHICH TO FILE A COMPLANT OR DISPUTE A CHARGE THE ADDRESS GIVEN IS THE OFFICES OF HRS USA AND THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY CONACT INFORMATION FOR THE MANUFACTURE.
3) THE PERSON REQUESTING CREDIT WILL IN MOST CASES NEVER KNOW THEY ARE USING HRS USA AND NOT DEALING WITH THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PRODUCTS (i.e. Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, Inc. THREE DIAMOND CARD is in actuality HRS USA).
I have been a vary loyal customer of Mitsubishi and have in the last year alone I purchased over $35,000 of their products. I am trying to get ancers form Mitsubishi on how such a reputable company is allowing this sort of behavior to occur using their name.
I will NEVER purchase anything from any company using HRS USA and depending on the outcome from Mitsubishi Inc. its self.
The only way we can stop this type of unscrupulous behavior is to speak out and let the retailers know we do care and hold them responsible for doing business with such uncontainable companies as HRS USA!
