Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On March 17th, 2001 I purchased a family room furniture set from a now defunct furniture store in San Diego, CA and were offering one year, no interest, no payments and I thought well I will use someone else's money since they would not take an offer of cash to discount the merchandise. I never heard of HRS so went ahead with the deal; first huge mistake. I never received most of the good until two months later except for a lamp, sofa and end table and the furniture store assured me the time runs at the point of completion of the order. Well they went out of business shortly thereafter and now at the mercy of HRS.

On March 3 the following year they started billing me for the merchandise that the transaction wasn't completed until June, but thats okay I started paying in April. I paid for a few months payments and then called the Customer Disservice Representatives at HRS and they told me the payoff amount of approximately $9,000 and a check was written and it was over. The check did arrive a few weeks late and HRS waiting a few months and sent me another bill for $250 they claim was interest based on the final check being a couple weeks late. In true HRS style, decided to attach two 30 day late payments onto my credit report even though the entire amount was paid off two year early, but because of mail problems was a couple weeks late being entered by these customer disservice representatives.

Ever try and argue with a $3/hr idiot who can't speak English, then try HRS, their people win the award for this. One lady who identified herself as one name on the initial phone call, who went to ask her supervisor came back on the phone with a different name. I stated, how come your name has changed from that to this, and she goes what do you mean. I am sure HRS is related to the Chicago Mafia if one still exists, it was absolutely incredible. And I am an International commodity trader buying and selling millions on a monthly basis and I know good business.... this is downright fraud and misleading

I sued in small claims in San Diego and received a call from a Mary Bok from HRS who first wanted to settle the matter and then after talking with her felt the true vindictiveness of her and her company HRSI so filed a motion in small claims to dismiss without prejudice for contination in Superior Court. My net worth is over 1 million dollars and these two dings, the only two dings on my credit report had prevented me from obtaining a good interest loan on a refinance loan for my 1.2million dollar home and is preventing me from getting into a multimillion dollar land deal as my credit rating is no longer perfect and for the banks and financial institutions to loan 5 times my net worth on less than perfect credit is harder nowadays.

20 years of good credit down the tubes because of one little idiot company HRS. And I, a successful businessman who stives to keep a clean credit record knowing how important it is for when deals like the above where my partner and I could make 3.2 million dollars within the time it takes to build 8 houses along the coast in San Diego. I will be taking this fraudulent company to court to obtain justice and certainly would appreciate any other claims or fraud this company committed or would join a class action lawsuit. These people who are called HRS are just ordinary criminals and need to be taken to task.

I would also hope to start a boycott of those companies who use HRS, like "The Good Guys", etc. I am trying to formulate a list. Please help on this.

I have dealt with these people for a while now! I think you can find the information you need at www.householdwatch.com .I would however say that these people conduct themselves in a manner far from anyone you or I have ever seen. Consequentially no one, including the government wants to deal with these crooks! Funny maybe, but some would say that this HRS is or is involved with the mafia! Wild huh? CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. These people are all over these crooks in an effort to shut em down! Good luck Jeff and watch your dollars!
