I purchased a Brother MFC-5100C all in one printer from HSN with the understanding of receiving a $40 cash back rebate (10/29/03). I mailed all required information (on January 3, 2004) the rebate form, the actual UPC with the numbers from the box and the original HSN packing slip to HSN/Brother MFC-5100C Rebate PO Box 1653 New Rochelle, NY 10802-1653. As of April 5, 2004 I have not received a rebate check and my understanding that one will not be mailed to me. Ripoff.
