Jacqueline Davis works for Mutual of Omaha and approrached our company over 3years ago. We Co-Signed for her for over 3years. The last year under her 12month contract atan apt community in Houston, Texas Ms Davis squatted the last 2months. Did not pay rnet and when the heat was on to evict her she left the apt destroyed. Thousands of dollars in lost rent and damages. Yes we turned this all over to collections but we want everyone to know to never rent to this dead beat renter for any reason.
Do not get involved with Mutual of Omaha houston texas if this is the type of employees they have to work for them.
