Huge Lore Website scammed, ripped off, false promises, Internet
I was promised delivery of my purchase in 12 to 24 hours. I purchased the undelivered item on the 10 of October, 2017. After the purchase, I received an email notifying me that I would receive my purchase via a download link in 12 to 34 hours but after two days I still had not received anything.
I contacted the email & skype addresses provided but received no response. I then tried to contact them again after 2 days & still received no response. What was strange was when I tried to contact them again after 3 days on Skype, I saw that the HugeLore Skype account was used 10 mins ago! This pissed me off as I repeated tried to video call them & send additional emails. I then decided to check the WHOIS domain info on Namecheap.
On their website they that the company is located in Singapore but the WHOIS info shows that the company & domain were both registered in Panama!! I should have know that something was wrong when I saw no customer support number but I took a risk & was wrong. I would advise everyone to not buy anything from this website as their is no customer support & the company location & origin are very suspect.

I read a few bad reviews about this company but decided to take a chance because being a business owner, I know how easy it is for a slightly unhappy customer to go online and attempt to ruin your online reputation. I gave HugeLore a try with some hard to find courses and I received exactly what I was promised. Seriously, give them a try. I know I personally had a great experience. Kimmy was really helpful and handled all my questions well. i had a lot of questions my first go around because I was a little skeptical after reading their only review online on here. Kimmy was great and i'm a happy customer. I've purchased two courses within the last month and I plan to buy a few more in the near future. Try them out guys... -Jack

I purchsed a program january 7th 2018. After purchase I emailed customer care to ask when my item will be sent and they notified me they did not have the program that I bought. They offered if I would want another program but when I asked for my money back they went missing. This compant stopped responding to all of my emails asking for a refund.
I sent emails to their paypal adress, regual customer care, their website chat and skype wthout any response for 5 days now. It seems they will just take your money and if they dont have what you bougt they dont care.
I filed a dispute with paypal that i am 100% confident I will win but why should I have to wait 30+ days for a refund of a product they never had dfrom the start. These people seem very greedy and to be honest it's a very shady website to begin with.
I would stay clear of these people at all costs.
Huge Lore Site Owners apologized & fixed all issues promptly!! NOT A SCAM SITE AFTER ALL!!

Dear Ripoff Report,
I am pleased & relieved to report that the Hug Lore Site is not a scam site as I first thought. They had some issues in delivering their products within the timeframes originally promised. I was finally given my promised downloadable purchase, received an apology & explanation as to why the problem occurred in the first place and also was assured that this problem would not occur again with anymore customers going forward. I hold no hard feelings towards them anymore & as long as they keep their promises, I am willing to purchase from them again.
Finally satisfied customer.
