Hughes net Rip off lies false adveriseing Internet
I called hugesnet for Internet service I told the rep that I needed high speed service for doing work orders and upload about 300 to 400 pictures a day . I was told the mid grade package was all I needed then she adds on a computer software to cleanup my computer technical supprt and all this other stuff I was not Intrested in. The mid grade package lasted 2!weeks then i had to call everyday roads more data time i then up graded to the higest package they offered and it was the the same in less than 2 weeks I was out of data ! I called for a week every nite to find out why the connection was slow I was told to run a scan I did there web site said it was 95 percent slower than it should be . I was then sent over to a 3rd party who tried to charge me 1000 dollars to fix the problem . I called Hughes net to cancel my service the same day they charge me a termination fee plus charge me not returning the equipment that they were suppose to send out the box for a rerun how can I be charged the same day for equipment when there was no time to return it ? How can they charge for early termination when they couldn't fix the problem ! They do not have high speed service they have to want people on the system the add software and packages that you do not need or do anything even the tech who installed the system said he knew nothing of these packages that he was suppose to set up on my computer. This company is a ripoff and does not stand behind there guarantee. I have had the bank try to get my money back for the equipment but all they will say is I refused to rerun the equipment send out the return box and you will get your equipment back not take the money while I'm still on the phone with the company terminating service .
