Hughes Network is the worst company I have ever had to deal with before. The internet service they provide is very slow and expensive. The customer service is rude and not helpful. Do to an upcoming move, I called to cancel my service. The service representative was very rude and said they will charge me for a full 24 month contract even though I am moving. I said I had no copy of a signed contract that he was mentioning and asked if they could email me a copy or mail me a copy of one. He said they cannot do that. I asked for the name and phone number of the installer so I could contact them to see if I could attain a copy of the so-called contract. The number I was provided was incorrect. They will only end the service on the end of your billing date. They want me to climb up on my roof to uninstall a transmitter that I am to ship back to them. They do not provide me with boxes or shipping label. I am to pay for it. They charge cancellation fees.
I have never been online to complain about a company but Hughes Network is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would go out of my way to put them out of business.
Do Not Do Business with them. I hope the government steps in to regulate their unethical business practices.
