I wrote to the President & CEO of Hughes Network and complained about the treatment I had received and asked why I should have to pay $400.00 to be treated this way. I was contacted by the President's Customer Service Dept. William. He was helpful & professional. The result of our conversation - I do NOT have to pay the $400.00 and they are refunding my first months service charge. I found them to be very fair and understanding. I would highly recommend write to the the President & CEO is you have a problem. As their dealers leave a lot to be desired and are only interested in the dollar.
