 I ordered this toilet cleaner after watching tv ad. After i approverd order i was charged for ordering on internet. Was outraged. Nothing stating an extra charge. So i called customer service I was told the order wasnt yet in thier systom. To call back after 12 pm So i did that. was told same thing. But call after 4 pm So i did that. I was told to call next day so i did that I was informed that order was processed and i couldnt cancel. So when it arrived i sent it back. They were well aware i would do that and why. Now there is something on the web site stateing theres an extra charge I have called repeatedly emailed them they always say some one will call back. From another department that handles refunds. They refuse to put it back on my card. Said it has to be a check sent out. One customer aervice person said the check should have been sent in febuary of this year 2017. They ripped me off for 48$ Wish someone would help me im disabled crippled up
