got me for $3700 but its federal wire fraud i dont think he knows what he did. Open local police complaint with your info and go to www.ic3.gov (fbi internet fraud division) and just keep following up, im taking him down one way or im flying out and taking him to court, have to show up in person though

You won't hear back from them because it wasn't even a real company. And if you haven't figured it out the $2500 you sent is also long gone never to be seen again. You NEVER send money in advance to secure a loan. Read up on "Advanced Loan Fee" Scams and I bet you will see something very familar.
