I have been an employee of Hydro Klean for almost three years. I know the author of this complaint and know for a fact that he was once let go for falsification of paperwork..time cards..and yet the company reinstated him. I have always been treated just and fair and I'm not between 20-30 years of age. I am a middle aged man who has had the same exact training in safety as the author, and if he was paying attention, he would know that any employee is given the right to shut down a job if they think it is un safe. the incident that almost took thier lives was the result of faulty equiptment at a customers site and had nothing to do with any wrong doing or unsafe eqiptment or behavior from hydro klean. I'm offended that someone would try to put my career in jeopardy. Hydro Klean was then, and continues to be a terrific employer. Andy M., Becky M., David J. and the rest of the mgt team are always fair and have always maintained an open door policy. I would also like to say my advice: I would encourage you to apply at Hydro Klean if you are in your 40's..they have shown me nothing but respect and I think they value my previous experience and maturity.The work is very physical and can take its toll. But, I have never been pushed to do anything unsafe and I believe the safety of thier employees is a #1 priority...thanks for your time

Because I am unemployed and cant afford legal repesentation ,I have filed complaints with proper " authorities ".I ALSO FILED WITH STATE OFFICIALS LIKE ( O.S.H.A...D.O.L.and E.E.O.C)only to have them sweep my complaints under the rug .So I filed complaints with my CONGRESMAN AND SENATORS ,like I WAS TOLD by Legal aid .Courts have protected an employee's right to inform an employer's customers about the employer's alleged discrimination, as well as the right to engage in peaceful picketing to oppose allegedly discriminatory employment practices and I have proof of Hydro Kleans widespread printed false accounts of the facts by PART owners of company (Andy & Becky Merical and David Jass.) along with supervisors Chad Sparks,Kim Bailey, and " Human resources manager" Pat Ripley. I WILL update when I hear from elected officials.Thank you

Can anyone explain to me how you get written up and suspended for taking approved vacations,and almost BEING KILLED on THE job unless the(EMPLOYER) "Hydro Klean" truly dont care about their employees STAY AWAY FROM Hydro Klean Des Moines Iowa, if YOU ARE OVER 40 YEARS OLD, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR Rights,and are out to PROTECT THEIR BACKSIDES and they fabricate bogus things to write you up and suspend you for.They also accused me of falsifying documents,WELL" there are" falsfied documents but Hydro Klean and their over zealous managment was doing the falsifying (have proof)multiple times but they left initials off, SO the author of Hydro Klean documents can't be identified (have proof).They have made "event write ups" on days I didnt even work.And on two occasions I was APPARENTLY in 2 different states on 2 different jobs the same day.MORE TO BE ADDED,as I go thru ALL DOCUMENTS Hydro Klean gave me.
