I GLO Workshop Inc. Sold bogus goods & billed me for extra goods not received Phoenix Arizona
I was contacted by this company as a front for blind/handicapped individuals who were employed selling trash bags. I agreed to purchase one box of trash bags. I received one set of bags, but the invoice I received was for DOUBLE the amount I was supposed to be billed, and the invoice claimed that I ordered TWO sets of bags, not ONE. When I attempted to call the company, I was unable to reach a live person, and then eventually the numbers were disconnected. This company has sent the account to a collection agency, Galaxy Credit, who I suspect is at least complicit or perhaps the same company as the scam artist.
I have offered on several occasions to pay for the ONE item I ordered but was told I could not get the account off my credit unless I paid for both, although I only received one item. I also offered to pay the entire amount requested just to get it off of my credit but requested acknowledgment in writing that this would be taken care of, but was refused ANY correspondence in writing by the collection agency.
