The key with this company is that you need to understand that it's not insurance. Their web sites are pretty clear on this matter. A rep selling this product (notice I didn't say agent, because it's not insurance) may tell you different, but in that case your blame should really be about the person not the company. How it works is it lets you accesss a PPO network and pay the rates at the network rate. That's the rate that the doctor has agreed to accept to be part of the network. So, you can see savings from that. Also, their are cash benefits for doctors visits. You also get access to the Pharmacy network. Again you'll pay the negotiated rate for the drug. Depending on the drug that savings is either going to be more or less. The key to any product is to understand what you're purchasing first.
