DEAR STUDENTS,

I'm pretty sure you are well aware of the current law suit against IADT by former and current students regarding their falsification of accreditation status, and corruption regarding grading.

This complaint is directly related to both. I began attending IADT in the Spring of 2005, at their Seattle Campus, actually their not in Seattle, they are in Tukwila. I attended this campus for Interior Design.

From 2005 to date I was laboring under the lie that my IADT-Seattle credits could transfer to any state or private college / university in the United States.

I was told this directly by multiple admission reps, academic advisors, and IADT deans (ADAIR HIND), professors, and staff.

In fact when I would sign up for new classes at the end of each quarter, I would make a point to ask which classes to take that would better aid me in getting into the University. The IADT employee would always show me which courses would save me time when I transferred to U, turns out these were always the most expensive courses. Also this was all a lie, Universities does not nor has ever accepted any type of IADT credit. The IADT-Seattle is not accredited.

In the spring of 2006 I attempted to transfer my credits to the WWU, which was a life time goal of mine to attend.

The WWU reps basically laughed at me when I told them I wanted to transfer my credits, and informed me that IADT was screwing me over and that "They are not a real college".

In addition to fraud IADT is guilty of rigging grades, and not following through with their promises as an institution for students.

My multiple complaints about both of these fraudulent actions by IADT fell upon deaf ears.

Thank you,

J
