That company went out of business according to some of the reports on here. And unless they were actual members of the BBB (which they weren't), the BBB would take no actions against them except to keep posting complaints they received. Which is pointless in itself because they aren't in business anymore. However, it IS a possibility they could sell off their customer base to a fulfillment company to try and continue their marketing promise, but that is at their own (the company's) discretion.
