Ibhar Al Mheid is affiliated with a hospital (Emory) in Atlanta, Georgia but has a practice he calls ‘Candler Park Medical Consultants' under PayPal to pay his ‘pay for play' esc*rt girl habits, so his wife won't notice. Ibhar Al Mheid has been blacklisted for aggressive and predatory behavior by them, so now trolls the sugar baby and online dating websites for victims of his scams to film them with hidden cameras. Ibhar Al Mheid lies to the women he sees then sexually violates them.
Stay away from Ibhar Al Mheid as he is a scary predator of women. He assaults them, films them without permission with hidden cameras and threatens their lives, if they demand he be held accountable. Who knows what he does with the videos as he most likely uploads them online, so this predator needs to be stopped. What he does is a felony! Girls only find out much later, when Ibhar Al Mheid is angered and blocked, so he admits and brags about filming girls without their knowledge.
Ibhar Al Mheid is a disgrace to the medical profession and the oath to, ‘do no harm' as he enjoys harming women.
Emory should look into who they hire, such as this predatory 'doctor' Ibhar Al Mheid, who worked the system to gain citizenship to assault American women.
Ibhar Al Mheid claims his wife, Sarah Johnson, also of Atlanta, Brookhaven and Decatur knows about his filming of women and even watches! This makes Ibhar Al Mheid's illegal activities even more disgusting.
Stay away. Ibhar Al Mheid personal contact is 404-642-3780 and that is the number he harasses you on. He will sometimes call you from other numbers if you block him and stalks your social media.
Please beware Ibhar Al Mheid is a dangerous predator.

I know this guy. Ibhar Al Mheid-He uses heavy drugs and stalks your social media and phone number even after you block him. He uses some BS apartment address as his 'office’ for Candler Park Medical Consultants or Candler Park Medical Group or whatever he is calling it these days. He tries using a fake name at first, too.

Get a lawyer! You are correct: What was done is illegal and you can press charges, get a lawyer or do both.

Stacy umjust no. I would say nice try but it really was not. FYI RipoffReport allows individuals to be posted on their site. The Ripoff site says fraudsters and people that are a threat to the general public can be posted. That seems to qualify here. The site even say our hope is that by filing reports you can help publicly reveal ripoffs, fraudsters, criminals and people that the general public should look out for.

"Stacey” should check up on what defamation and libel are and you should read up on libel and slander bc you don’t appear to know the difference. Also read up on the 1st amendment. It is not libel or defamation, if it is the truth. I mean, "he” should read up on the difference rather and realize that if it is the truth, then it is not libel (the proper term). It is difficult to fathom a "woman” like Stacey would respond like this and I do not even know this weirdo guy.
This Ibhar Al Mheid person must have done something wrong and ripoff report allows for reporting on individuals. Ripoffreport allows people to be reported for not only business but scams against other people. Keep up the great work ripoff report for reporting these scumbags. In the times of #metoo men like this should be exposed to the light.
