IBUYPOWER Terrible Support- Absolutely the worst I have ever had from a company El Segundo, California
They gave me bad advice to fix a problem with their system (a problem that was created by a manufacturing issue) that destroyed critical data on my hard drive. They do not return phone calls left for technical support. It is very difficult to reach a live person. The level of knowledge of their support personnel is LOW. This is a recipe for a company that will be OUT OF BUSINESS at some point in the future.
