On Sept. 5th, 2005 i had made out an application for a VIP card, after completed the application, i realized i was not interested after all. I tryed emailing them to cancel, the reply back didn't except any return mail.

I had sort of forgotten about, till i had my bank statement, telling me that $159.00 had been taken out of my account. Luckily there was a phone number by the transaction.

I called them, they were not very cooperative, sort of giving me the run around. I was suppose to have cancelled in three days if not interested. I explained i was unable to get back to them.

Then they were going to fax me a form to fill out for my refund, mind you they would keep $59.00. They sent me download of the form, which i was unable to print out, due to the type of program they used.

By now i've made around 6 calls to these people. The next answer i received was to log on to icardservices.com/refundform. Needless to say, not able to go there either. I then made three more attempts to call, waiting to long and know answer.

It now seems like i'm back to square one. Nothing accomplished and no refund.

But i'm not finished with them yet.
