I ordered a pair of Icicles sunglasses on Dec 11 for my husband for Christmas. Received them in a timely manner, wrapped them and gave them to him Dec 25th. He opened them, tried them on and we realized they were too bid. Size inside indicated they were a size Large, I ordered Medium.

I waited until after the holidays and emailed them, they replied quickly instructing me how to return them, we emailed back and forth from Jan 2 - Jan 5. They rec'd the sunglasses back on Jan 6th which online tracking shows. This is where the fun started. After not hearing a word back from them, I emailed them on Jan 26th asking them where my replacements were. I emailed from the same emails we had been exchanging all month, ALL emails were below the one I sent them that day. They replied the next day asking for my acct info, it was in ALL of the emails below the one I sent. I replied with the info and heard nothing back.

I emailed them again on 2/2. A couple of days later, I rec'd a phone message on my machine stating they were OUT OF STOCK on the sunglasses I wanted but would have them in 2 weeks. I emailed and said I would wait but please keep me posted. I then again emailed them on 2/13 and told them if they didn't have them in stock yet, to just REFUND my money, I was tired of waiting. KEMP called (since I demanded a refund) and said he was taking over this issue, he was sending out the sunglasses and also would send along some free merchandise. That was Feb 15, it is now March 2 and I have rec'd nothing and now they will not answer emails or phone calls.

I believe they never had the Med size, sent the large in Dec hoping we wouldn't notice and now can't get them. He tried to get me to pick a different style when he called but I told him I wanted the ones I paid for.

ICICLES is nothing but a rip off company who once they get your money, they don't care a thing about making you happy or getting you what you ordered. They lie to stall and keep you thinking your mdse is coming. They have the WORST customer service of anyone I've ever dealt with. I've left 4 messages in 2 days, along with 3 emails and NO ONE will respond. I guess they are just DESPERATE to keep my $125.
