Less then 24 hours of posting this, I received an apology e-mail and my service has been restored for a full month. I'm still not happy with the way that they did, but at least they did "see fit" to make it right, and the fact that they sent an apology e-mail, says a lot for them, in my opinion. Overall, I am happy now.
