I was looking for a PC-to-Phone provider and found IConnectHere.com, a DeltaThree company, with reasonable rates for calls from US to Canada.

I signed up for their Millenium Calling Plan which promised a $5 bonus if I deposit $25 or more. After registration and made $25 deposit, there was no bonus.

I tried to make some calls but their PCPhone kept showing the message, "We cannot complete your call now. Please try again later." I haven't been able to make any phone calls.

They have this customer service system call CUSTOMER CARE, advertising as 24/7 Customer Care Center. It has a handful of FAQs and a form which you can use to send them emails with your problems if the FAQs doesn't do it for you. If you have any technical problem with the PCPhone, good luck finding the solution in these FAQs. I emailed them serveral times and, 3 days later, have not heard anything back.

Oh, I forgot to mention that they don't have an 800 number.

After a couple hours of frustration from not being able to make calls and getting any help, I wrote them my last email asking for a refund and cancel of service. Still waiting for that email from them.

IConnectHere.com and DeltaThree have no 800 number for customer service, they don't reply to emails, and their PCPhone doesn't work. Money they take but service they don't deliver. It's safe to say that their business is SCAM, and I advise everyone to stay away from them.

I had a problem with their software, and they were perfectly willing to refund my money. I sent an email through their FAQ's and they replied the next day. In the end they fixed my problem, and it works fine now. I don't think it's fair to call them a ripoff just because you got frustrated with them.
