ICS Imperial Cosumer Services courtney jackson ripoff artists fraud fraudulent ripoff business Palm Beach Florida
Sometime in early October, a representative from ICS by the name of Courtney Jackson called me in referrence to obtaining an unsecured Visa-Master,creditcard.
She told me that she was calling me because as a current Visa-master card holder i had been pre-approved for Minimum and i repeat, minimum $2500.00 credit line.
I asked her several times about the $2500.00 minimum credit line, in an attempt to avoid this very issue.
However on 12-02-2002 after calling and calling and not being able to get through,i was contiually placed on hold by the automated answering system.Finally i got through to a representative and she told me that she would have someone call me wihtin a few hours at let's say about 5pm, it never happen.
So on 12-03-2002 i called again and to my surprise i got through to a representative.I proceeded to confirm with the rep whati had previously discussed with courtney jackson,about the garuanteed $2500.00 credit linen, only for him to tell me that they don't guaranty any specific creditline.
they did not record the conversation I had with Courtney Jackson,but only the conversation with another representative who was supposed to be verifying the information, that i had previously given,to courtney jackson, and my authorization to have the $259.00 taken out of my savings account,on 11-29-2002.
